Book · 2025Heap Earth upon It“this wasn't what i expected, but i did enjoy it. it was interesting to see each sibling's POV and how their grief hit them differently and seeing how the mystery unfolded. anna's obsession wasn't what i expected it to be, and it for sure creeped me out out towards the end lmao- but tom is much more creepy. <br/>i have no doubt he killed Lillian so that people wouldn't find out about her and jack's baby and then framed it on anna because he knew about her obsession with her, and he knew anna could be a bit intense and that she didn't remember what happened that night so it'd be easy to pretend it was her. he let his own mum die slowly and in pain, and wouldn't call for a priest as she passed cause she had a baby out of wedlock and "ruined their reputation". he pushed lillian down the stairs because he saw history repeating itself and didn't want people to react the same way to her pregnancy - and he took advantage of anna's mental state to pin lillian on her, ultimately killing her too when convenient.... all for reputation and validation.... i hope he dies <3 <br/><br/>i'd like to believe he really did just send anna off somewhere, somewhere she'd get the help she needs and she finds a woman who wants her the way she wants them.... but the "maroon" dirt under his nails and the fact peggy seemed to be scared of him after whatever she saw that night ... doesn't look good lol. like her brother moves away to london and she never see's him again and her response to him not coming back is it say it's good? that poor sweet girl, i hope she's happy with bill and betty. and i hope jack settles with theresa and gets what tom robbed from him.”0Bookcompleted
