Synopsis
Governor Joe Rouke's (Carradine) daughter is kidnapped by South American Terrorists while she is on tour with the Children for World Peace Choir. Kung Fu Master 'Ly', Joe and eight beautiful deadly women (The Panthers), mount an explosive rescue mission.
