Car Wars: The Card Game – Out of Control Promo Card

A Promo card that was released as part of the Car Wars Arenas Kickstarter Campaign. It was a reward to the $40 and higher pledge levels. The card's ability is this: Out of Control Play against an opponent IMMEDIATELY after they play a Spin, Swerve, or Bootlegger Reverse. That player loses their next turn.
