This book constitutes the refereed conference proceedings of the Second Workshop on Artificial Intelligence with and for Learning Sciences - Past, Present, and Future Horizons, WAILS 2025, held in Cagliari, Italy, during December 10-12, 2025. The 13 full papers and 10 short papers presented in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 24 submissions.
