Haunted Lands: Special Specter Card Promo Card

This card adds a fourth Specter card to the game with another effect: If you enter a Terrain with a Specter, if you have at least one Percunia, discard 1 of it. During setup this card may replace the first Specter card, or it can be added to the other three to increase difficulty. This card was part of the Ashed Magazine #12.
