Empires of the Void II: Hogran Promo Cards

This is a set of four promo cards that were provided to backers of the 2018 Secret Cabal Kickstarter campaign. These promos feature four new Action cards to be used with Empires of the Void II and feature a race called the Hogran. These Action cards are unique in that, when played, have an ongoing effect that is applied to the rest of the game for your benefit.
