Synopsis

The road ends at the treeline. Beyond it lies something older than the frontier. Something watching. Something waiting. The Wild Wood is a narrative campaign for Fields of Fate, designed around escalating tension, uncertain outcomes, and battles where victory is never guaranteed. This is not a campaign about holding the line, it’s about crossing it. Your force begins at the edge of civilisation, drawn in by rumours of a missing caravan. What starts as an investigation quickly becomes something more dangerous. The deeper you push into the forest, the less certain the ground beneath you. Each scenario builds on the last. Early success gives momentum, each loss stiffles your chances of making it out alive. The campaign culminates in a branching finale shaped by your actions. Will you hunt down you enemy and end the threat at its source, or be forced into a desperate last stand?. Inside the Book: 36 pages, a full 21 pages bigger the Blackspire Pass campaign. More depth, More tension, more more more. 4 linked narrative scenarios A branching final act with two distinct endings Campaign map and thematic locations Scenario-specific rules and objectives Narrative outcomes that carry between battles Requirements: Fields of Fate (core system required) Fantasy miniatures and ruleset of your choice A standard tabletop and terrain The Wild Wood draws on the feel of classic campaign play. Uncertain, atmospheric, and driven by the outcomes of your battles. Step beyond the treeline. And see what waits. —description from the publisher
